How does chillingworth know that Hester and Dimmesdale were together?
Also it is so cool that when Dimmesdale was standing on the platt form or scaffold that a metor in the sky made the letter A. I think that is a sign!!!
I wonder why doesnt Dimmesdale just confess, because it seems like living in sin is far more horrible then confessing.
Pearl is so smart, I couldnt really understand how she knows so much when she is so young.

i think that there is an "A" on dimmsdales chest. im not totally sure how it got there, but i think that is what chillingworth saw when he looked at dimmsdales chest.
ReplyDeletewell he's got some mark. it's mentioned again later i think by that lady mistress Hibbins. She seems to think he's the devil or something? Does she know about Dimmesdale or is she just being creepy?
